RISE "Roadmap to Individual Success & Employment” Project

For years, the School's Career Service has supported students in the delicate transition from the academic world to the world of work. The RISE - Roadmap to Individual Success & Employment project was therefore designed to enrich the academic experience of students of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna with information, tools, and essential skills for developing and honing their career opportunities.
RISE – Roadmap to Individual Success & Employment is a project of the Career Service of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna that recognizes the fundamental role that experiential learning plays in the development of effective leadership skills, bridging the gap between the classroom and the professional world, and is structured in two macro-activities:
- A Career Advisory program open to students enrolled in the I and II level Honors, Master's Degree, Ph.D., and Master’s diploma courses at the School;
- A structured program of visits to private, public, and non-profit organizations called Learning from Leaders reserved for students of the I and II level Honors Courses.
The initiative offers participants the unique opportunity to interact with different companies and organizations, promoting a deep understanding of the practical applications and implications in the real world of their academic studies.
The RISE – Roadmap to Individual Success & Employment project is funded with PR FSE+ 2021-2027 resources.
