Only a few days left (deadline May 10) to submit your application for the training course in “Diritto amministrativo dell’ambiente sul tema dei titoli abilitativi e delle procedure di valutazione ambientale” – Administrative Law, SEA and EIA procedures for public and private projects – offered by Sant’Anna School Dirpolis (Law, Politics, Development) Institute. This course is designed to provide an overview of strategic environmental assessments, regulatory and authorization procedures that affect natural resources management (Italian Law d.lgs. no. 152/2006 - emission limit values are established for different hazardous substances).

Environmental assessments are tailored to the specific project and to the legal requirements, environmental and social conditions where the proposed projects are situated hence ensuring that potential impacts are adequately addressed at the local level.

This program will provide law, political science, economics graduates, architects and engineers with a strong foundation for environmental and policy interventions.
