Advanced Education: Application deadline for Labour Law training course “Diritto del lavoro in trasformazione” is March 14, 2019

Online registration for Labour Law training course "Il diritto del lavoro in trasformazione" is open until 14 March 2019. The program "Il diritto del lavoro in trasformazione" sixth edition is organized by Sant’Anna School Dirpolis (Law, Politics, Development) Institute, under the supervision of Professor Paolo Carrozza (Constitutional Law) and Pisa University Professor Pasqualino Albi (Labour Law).

Sant’Annan School offers a program in Labour Law that allows lawyers other professional working in the human resources field in public institutions, business, industry or private practice to pursue specialty training in labour law, employment law, dispute resolution and trade unions collective bargaining. This program will provide law, political science, and economics graduates with a strong tool for policy interventions.

The training program in Labour Law merges the expertise of Sant’Anna School Law Institute with the Human Resources management on designing innovative practices in areas such as changing employment laws, employment policies and discrimination. Lawyers and HR professionals will focus on dispute resolution and organizational leadership in private and public sectors. They will assess the role of unions and their impact on key stakeholders - labor, employees, companies, and government regulators.
