HealthPros (Healthcare Performance Intelligence Professional) distance learning: Sant’Anna School offers 14 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) online courses in Health System Performance Assessment until April 3, 2020

14 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) in the first four years of their research career will attend their 4th weekly online course under the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie  HealthPros (Healthcare Performance Intelligence Professional) initiative at Sant’Anna School virtual learning environment on March 30 – April 3, 2020.

Structured as weekly online courses to maximize interaction between students and professors, this project aims to support the career development and training of researchers in Health System Management and Performance Assessment.

In strengthening the role of public higher education by training of health professionals, the course taking place on April 2 will focus on the Italian Health system strategy in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Experts, policy makers and health care system professionals will discuss advanced data science knowledge, continuous assessment of health systems performance and strategic decision making.

HealthPros is an international consortium of universities, research institutions and companies under the EU Horizon 2020 “Marie Curie International Training Network” which includes the MeS Laboratory for Healthcare Management  of Sant’Anna School Institute of Management,  Academic Medical Centre of the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands; Coordinator), North Denmark Region/Aalborg University Hospital (Denmark), Optimedis AG (Germany), University of Surrey (UK), Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary), University of Toronto and Canadian Institute for Health Information (Canada).
