• 2 positions
• Mobility A : The objective of mobility A is providing an overview of different system design methodologies and optimization techniques for FPGA-based Systems on Chips (SoC), in the context of constituent  schemes for computing platforms suited to the ever-growing demand for energy and power-efficient computations without compromising performance. The basic principles and recent advances in such platforms including efficient ways to implement system components as well as hardware accelerators will be addressed.
• Mobility B is aimed at providing lectures on fiber optic systems focused on point and distributed photonics sensing systems.   Among others, passive and active components in the source and receiver of interrogation schemes, the principles & physical phenomena used in distributed sensing and the configurations for static and dynamic sensing used in measuring environmental parameters in representative safety monitoring scenarios should be addressed.

Both mobilities also involve discussions with representative staff of the partner institution on required plans for ongoing staff and student exchange mobilities and possible future collaborations.

Mobility A Maximum 27 days including travel

Mobility B  Maximum 40 days including travel
