Service Closures and Suspensions – Easter 2026

On the occasion of the Easter holidays, please note the following changes affecting catering services, residential facilities, and porter services.

Meal service will be suspended starting from lunch on Friday, April 3 at the Main Campus canteen (Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 33) and at the Santa Croce in Fossabanda canteen. Service will resume regularly with breakfast on Tuesday, April 7.

The residential facilities “Main Campus”, “T. Terzani”, “A. Faedo”, “Via dei Mille”, “Spolidoro”, and “Montalcini” will be closed from 6:30 PM on Friday, April 3 until 7:30 AM on Tuesday, April 7.

The Santa Croce in Fossabanda residence will remain open for students who request access through their representatives, regardless of their residential affiliation. The porter’s desk at this residence will remain open continuously.

With regard to porter services:

• the Main Campus porter’s desk will close at 8:30 PM on Friday, April 3 and reopen at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7;
• the PSV porter’s desk will close at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 4;
• all other porter services will follow their regular schedule, with closure on Monday, April 6 due to the public holiday.

Students are encouraged to take note of the above information in order to plan their stay accordingly during this period.

Administrative Offices Closure – Summer and Christmas Periods 2026

Please be informed that the Administrative Offices will be closed on the following dates:

• Monday, June 1;
• from Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 21 inclusive (last working day: Friday, August 7, 2026; reopening from Monday, August 24, 2026);
• from Thursday, December 24 to Tuesday, January 5, 2027 (last working day: Wednesday, December 23, 2026; reopening from Thursday, January 7, 2027).

During these periods, administrative activities will be suspended and will resume regularly on the reopening dates indicated above.
