There is a growing attention of public and private partners to the aspects of decarbonisation and adaptation to climate change. This thematic area supports various entities and organizations in identifying the main sources of emissions, drivers, barriers, best practices and opportunities for implementing actions aimed at combatting climate change. Our researchers support companies and institutions in identifying decarbonisation strategies and in implementing potential improvement actions for the reduction of emissions and for climate change adaptation, through the use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This area also foresees the design and implementation of training activities on various aspects concerning decarbonisation.
