On June 29, 20202 the Sant’Anna School Guarantee Committee Comitato Unico di Garanzia (CUG) and the Rector’s delegate for disabilities and inclusion voted in favor of a motion approving the principles which provide a basis for building the Pride Month 2020.

The Committee supports standards of conduct for tackling all forms of discrimination, prejudice, and inequality. The motion approved, formally endorsing the initiatives taken by Sant’Anna School to support sustainable change in society and promote gender equality in practice, demonstrates that education contributes to a stronger community and workplace that include all people, no matter what their cultural background, experience, religion, and sexual orientation.

This Pride Month 2020 event is dedicated to celebrating diversity and inclusion efforts. It includes initiatives and networks promoting cultural diversity and third mission activities such as the strategic plan “Governance for inclusive societies” developed by the Dirpolis (Law, Politics and Development) Institute to support ongoing efforts to create meaningful change.
