Her research focuses on healthcare management, particularly on performance evaluation from the users' perspective. She works at the Management and Healthcare Laboratory (Laboratorio MeS), specializing in the collection, analysis and reporting of patient-reported data (PREMs - Patient-Reported Experience Measures and PROMs - Patient-Reported Outcome Measures).
