Housing PhD students
The Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna will make 14 ensuite single rooms available for rent to first-year PhD students (XLII Cycle) at the Santa Croce in Fossabanda facility, from October 2026 to 22nd September 2027.
The rooms will be assigned with priority given to international students and other criteria and will cost € 400 per month.
The monthly rent will include:
- standard room (bed, wardrobe, nightstand, bookshelf, chair) with private bathroom
- utilities
- weekly cleaning
- bed linens
Additionally, the monthly rent will grant access to the following services within the facility:
- canteen service, by reservation and at an additional cost
- kitchenette with microwave oven, refrigerator, and sink
- study rooms
- wi-fi
- gym
- bicycle parking
- 24/7 concierge service
