Obiettivi formativi
The course "In vivo experimental methods to detect proteins interaction" faces the biology behinds protein-protein interaction technologies used in plant physiology, together with advantages and disadvantages. The course includes some hours of lab activities in order to see the application of one of the methods.
Prerequisiti
The students need to have a background in plant molecular biology.
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
The exam concerns the organisation of a scientific protocol after the lab experience
