👓The SHAIPED project is focused on three major areas:
🎯Data Accessibility for AI-Driven Medical Devices: Ensuring developers have access to the necessary datasets for AI-based tools across borders by creating frameworks and agreements for data sharing.
🎯Large-Scale Validation of Clinical Efficacy: Validating the clinical effectiveness of AI-driven medical devices on a larger scale to ensure they meet EU standards and are beneficial for patient care.
🎯Integration into Health Information Systems: Working to standardize the integration of AI medical devices into European health systems, ensuring alignment with existing healthcare data infrastructure.
