FIGHTING AGAINST CORRUPTION: THE RESULTS OF “PROGETTO LEI – LEGALITA’, ETICA E INCLUSIONE” WERE SUBMITTED. ETHICS, INCLUSION: FOR AN EFFICIENT AND PARTICIPATED CORRUPTION PREVENTION SYSTEM IN THE P.A. PRESENTED TO THE NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ADMINISTRATION
The results of “Progetto LEI (Legalità, Etica, Inclusione)” were submitted to National School of Administration (SNA). The project was coordinated by Gaetana Morgante (professor of criminal law and Director of the Dirpolis institute of the Sant’Anna School) together with Giuseppe Di Vetta, research fellow in criminal economic law; it was carried out by an interdisciplinary research group:
Giuseppe Martinico, Elena Vivaldi, Giacomo Delledonne, Andrea Blasini, Alberto Pirni, Francesco Testa, Anna Maria Murante (the last two from Institute of Management of the Sant’Anna School). The research group proposed three policy papers about the prevention of corruption in the public procurement, health and environment fields. The National School of Administration (SNA) is going to implement the recommendations developed by the research team in the public procedures that will be engaged in Recovery Plan policy.
“That’s an extraordinary goal. We combined scientific and applied research, advanced training and the so called Third Mission. The commitment of the Sant'Anna School to contribute to the country system's development is confirmed so”, comments Gaetana Morgante. “Progetto LEI - says Giuseppe Di Vetta - empowers public administrations with new tools and concrete models to prevent illegality. This need is now particularly felt in the PNRR implementation scenario”.
A brief presentation of the project is scheduled for the 15th of October in the context of Business Integrity Forum online Events
