The Smart Medical Theatre laboratory pursues research in innovative medical devices for the future life. The Smart Medical Theatre is a research laboratory in medical robotics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, photonics devices for diagnostics, autonomous robots based on artificial intelligence conceived for medical and social applications for human beings in different levels, including autonomous drones for the transport of medical material. In the research of the Smart Medical Theater, particular emphasis is devoted to research and development of reliable and effective devices, which can be used outside the laboratory and exploited in concrete applications for Humans and Life. We combine methods from traditional mechanics and electronics into advanced mechatronics and IoT devices that include hybrid soft-rigid technologies, low-energy solutions and innovations based on Artificial Intelligence.

Stay tuned, the show is about to start!
